What the system actually does
The Virtual Reality-Based Upper Limb Rehabilitation System Utilizing a Robotic Glove is one of the start-up's latest developments. Its initial prototype was built based on a patent developed by the start-up, while H&M Soft Technology Corporation is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the software application integrated with the product.
The application is based on virtual reality (VR) technology. It interprets the user's actions and commands in real time, providing an interactive rehabilitation experience and facilitating the operation of the robotic glove. By receiving voice commands from the user, the application controls the robotic glove, enabling the device to assist individuals with disabilities in performing physiotherapy exercises and everyday functional tasks. The upgraded version also operates based on the physiotherapist's instructions and feedback.
The product has no standalone UI: the application is deployed as an embedded software component on the microprocessor responsible for controlling the robotic glove. It converts voice commands into executable instructions using advanced speech processing algorithms, transmits them to the microcontroller — and is capable of learning new commands through AI, operating autonomously without continuous human intervention.
